Bug 726184 gets all the getpersonas' user accounts on AMO but as of now they are completely unassociated with their personas.  We need to glue them together (using the addons_users table I reckon).  Persona IDs and Add-on IDs are stored in the `personas` table on AMO.

End goal after this is for people to be able to see their personas in their user profile page.
