After focusing url bar, menu button doesn't open up menu popup

Details

Tested Fennec 10 beta (2012-01-23) on the Transformer TF101.

Steps to reproduce:
- Tap on the url bar to focus it, vkb comes up
- Tap on the Menu button

Expected result:
- Menu popup opens up

Actual result:
- No menu popup opens up

When you dismiss the vkb by tapping somewhere on the page content and then tap on the Menu button, the menu popup still doesn't open.
Only after you've tapped on the tab, you can tap on the menu button to open up the menu.
Mass resolving XUL Fennec I filed to WORKSFORME. If someone still cares about this bug, please reopen.
