In order to make Qt port compiling with Qt5, we need to minor fix for cairo-qt-surface. This fix has been landed to cairo upstream: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/cairo/commit/?id=4f81940749b680c6e48d393fd13108775efa38eb So I guess we can easily apply it to moz-cairo tree
