Sometimes, switching fast between tabs with the HTML Panel open and tabs with no HTML Panel result on an empty HTML Tree Panel that can't be dismissed.

This is a known bug. :dcamp narrowed the problem (asynchronous-mess with listeners).
Not sure if a bug was already open.

Will bug 719607 fix this problem?
