This host is unused, as breakpad is in phx1. So this is a last-rites bug (speak now!), but the only action is https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/websites/Killing+sjc1+hosts for the hardware, which I can take care of.

What does this host do, exactly?

I don't know - my info is that it was part of breakpad, and that breakpad has been moved to phx1. I don't see much about it in Bugzilla.

The box is off now. It wasn't in nagios. I assume it was unknown and unloved, and just sucking down the watts. SPV must love us! I've marked it as "spare" in inventory.

Ben remembers this host! It's marked as spare. Should it get moved to scl3?

I came across tm-breakpad-slave01 which was in the 'db services' category. It's not puppetized. It's not running MySQL. Ted, does this sound familiar? If not, I'll turn it off tomorrow and we'll see what happens.

Dunno. Laura: any clue?

Well, it's now the day after tomorrow, and on the assumption that a db slave not running MySQL is not in service, I turned it off. I can turn it back on if that turns out to be incorrect.

Sorry, I missed this bug before. This would have been running postgres, not mysql, but yeah, it's old and hasn't been used in well over a year afaik.
