Hi Mkelly and Laura, 

Part of our efforts this quarter is to get old beta users (<11.0 beta) to the latest beta build. 

We wanted to launch a snippet targeting beta users running old builds (<11.0beta builds) to get them to update to the latest version.

I know we currently have a client match rule for beta channel, however we need be even more specific and create a rule that will just target  users running old beta builds. Im not sure if we can just do <latest (since latest wont be 11.0beta in a few weeks)

The other option is: 
channel: beta
version 4.0b, 5.0b, 6.0b, 7.0b, 8.0b, 9.0b, 10.0b.....(list goes on)

timing: is this possible to have by end of week?

Hi Michael - This seems fairly straightforward to do by Version number perhaps by pulling out some RegEx goodness (although we'd have to update each release, for a couple of next releases, until it's not a problem anymore, which is should not be once Silent Updates arrive shortly). 

Can you give this a go?

I've created a new Client Match Rule called "Version: Old Beta (please update)".

If you add it to a snippet, it will not be shown to users on the latest Beta. Please note that you still have to add the Firefox: Beta match rule as well, as this rule only deals with version numbers.

Example: 
Snippet that will be shown to users on old versions of Beta have the rules:
Firefox: Beta
Version: Old Beta (please update)

Also, note that this rule has to be updated to match the latest version number of beta. Right now, it matches 11.0; as soon as 11.0 launches, this rule needs to be edited to match 12.0.
