Please verify that Bug 729362 is a dup to whoever verifies this bug fix.
I'm seeing this happening on every text input.

I'm not seeing this, it appears to have been fixed by something or the other. Tested on Galaxy Tab 10.1 on google.com, m.facebook.com, and nhirata's test page from comment #0. I'll test on the GN as well once it has charged enough to turn on. Note that there's a positioning issue when the input field gets focus which is filed as bug 732016.

Tested on Galaxy Nexus as well, works there too.
This bug or a same bug is yet here with Firefox 19.0.2 (Iceweasel on Debian Squeeze). Parts of text of a textarea disappears randomly.
Please file a separate bug for the issue you are seeing.
