If we don't have the survey yet, how can this be in the next sprint?

For now we should display the answer to the question "Did you find what you were looking for?" as a line chart over time. From the data it seems like a good proxy for the last question "How satisfied are you with the Mozilla Firefox support experience?", but it's less noisy.

We should probably reduce the last question to a 3 point likert scale. Not sure the additional 6 points do anything for us.

We need a bunch of info here. I'm assuming at least:

* survey id
* data column id?
* etc?

Grabbing this since I've worked with surveygizmo api already.

Our SurveyGizmo access has expired and I can't get to the data. This probably means that we aren't collecting any data right now either. I've asked Gregg Lind as the account holder already and will report the necessary information here as soon as I get access.

Moving to the next sprint to collect more data and make sure it all makes sense.

The data is looking a lot better now. Saw about 100 entries per day. I'll check again in a few days. We should have a good 2 weeks of data when this land on the KPI dashboard

OK, I finally got around to looking at the data through the API. I see the potential answers to the question "Did you find what you were looking for?" are:
* Yes
* No
* I don't know

For example, I have a script that can aggregate the results of one day:
    Collecting exit survey results for 2013-07-15
    {'yes': 120, 'dont-know': 33, 'no': 79}
    232 surveys processed...

How do we want to graph this data? Graph the individual values? Graph the % of Yes: (<number of yes responses>/<total surveys responses>) * 100? Or?

Please store all 3 items.

P1: The dashboard should graph the % of Yes: (<number of yes responses>/<total surveys responses>) * 100

Nice to have: Also graph total number of votes, "no" and "don't-know" votes, but let them be hidden by default (with checkboxes like we do in the helpfulness chart on the article history, eg: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-enable-java-if-its-been-blocked/history
