Details

The Tegra dashboard needs to be added to nagios for apache health and that the generated index.html page is "fresh"

being able to retrieve that page will show that apache is ok and can we do some sort of date check on the page?

I added this, but only two services came up (PING and the HTTP expect).  I had added more.  Let's see if they appear, and if not, I'll revisit.
