The latest version of "CookieSafe (FF 4 compatible)", 3.1a5, is compatible with SeaMonkey 2.1.*. Still,
1. AMO says "Not available for SeaMonkey 2.7" and shows a greyed-out "Add to SeaMonkey" button.
2. Furthermore, searching for "CookieSafe" does not find this add-on, even though it's listed in the search suggestions.

FYI: Compatible-by-default add-ons was introduced with FF/TB 10, which matches SM 2.7. While the lowest FF version that enables this feature is 4.0, the matching minimum SM version is 2.1.
AMO doesn't support the concept of D2C at all yet. We will revisit this bug in a few weeks when it does.
