72725 - Need visual indication of which folders are set as the various default folders

***Overview Description: 

  Ideally, one should have some way of knowing which folder is already set as the 'Personal
Toolbar Folder', the 'New Bookmarks Folder', and the 'New Internet Search Folder'. I think a
slight modification of the folder's icon would be appropriate. A little down arrow for the new
bookmarks, a little magnifying glass for the search folder, and whatever someone can think up
for the toolbar folder.
	Hand in hand with these icons would be some indication of a folder's 'special' status when
viewing the 'Properties' for that folder. I wouldn't wait on figuring out how to do this latter part
to do the former enhancement though.

Builds as of 2001032013 on all platforms.
