Details

**** obsserved with 2001-03-20 build **** Steps to reproduce: - open Mail; - click on Sender or Subject to resort according those critetias; or use Menu View|Sort by |Sender; //note: no sort is performed ( it does sort by size of the file or time the mail was received)
Is it the sorting for the mix of ASCII and non-ASCII subjects on English system?
It is for the mix of ASCII and NON-ASCII on the English system but i have a mix only for the Subject field and not for the sender, the sender colomn is entirely ascii.
it looks like the size of the Inbox plays a role as well because i am able to sort for the POP inbox that is small (asii+non-ascii)

Seth, is this a dup? I think you or jgmyers fixed a sort bug last week.
marina, can you check this again with windows build 2001-3-23-15 or later. I had the problem with not being able to sort Sender column, but now I can. Also, I think Fenella logged a bug for this, but I can't find it. changing qa contact to fenella to find the other bug.
i am able to sort by Sender and Subject in 2001-03-27 build.
if you are able to sort now, marina, perhaps we should mark this wfm?
marking wfm.
