Steps to reproduce:
Sorry for my terrible English, I try to use Google Translator for translate this bug report.
If using Firefox to go on a long page, which has a vertical scrolling, and the CSS for <body> element will be set so that property:
html, body {
background: scroll #211F1A url('/icons/muon_bg.jpg') repeat;
}
, then when scrolling long page downwards, instead of a background picture, begin display black strips, other elements of page, fragments of messages. This error include in FireFox10 and FireFox11 versions (I tried Fx11 with new profile and no addons). When I tried to make a screenshot using the add-on, instead of graphical artifacts on the png-image was transparent area. Bug wasn't in FireFox6 version, which I used before. In Opera and Chrome this page displayed correctly.
I've added to this post archive with saved page on which the error was detected.
1. Extract the archive.
2. Open thread.htm with Firefox.
3. Choose a theme "Muon" from the menu at the top.
4. Scroll to the bottom of page and look at the bug.

Actual results:
The background image is interrupted near the end of the page, instead displays graphical artifacts, part of the messages.
Expected results:
The background image was continuously displayed until the end of the page.
