Details

We want to improve the availability of the Vidyo teleconferencing system.  Vidyo currently supports only one replay/recorder per "tenant".  Our system currently operates in single-tenant mode.

One possible solution is to stand up a second portal and replay/recorder and have them available as a hot spare so we can switch DNS to this pair in the event of a failure.

We need to understand how to replicate user licenses across the two systems.

Please provide a quote for a portal (with the new dual power supply hardware) and a replay/recorder (also w/dual PS if available).

Not sure if the new Portal hardware is available yet?  I'll check with Ami.

Ami is trying to pull a meeting together to talk about just this subject.  I believe their CEO has approved you guys to be the first client able to install Vidyo software onto your own servers.
