Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:10.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0
Build ID: 20120129021758

Steps to reproduce:

1) Right click on email box in the folder pane; choose new folder and input a name of the sub folder, leaving the root folder as the top. Click Create Folder
2) as above but choosing the local folders
3) as above but choosing a sub folder of a sub folder

The mailbox is an IMAP account on a SME server, V7.5 fully patched. There is plenty of space on the server.

Actual results:

1) No folder created
2) Folder created
3) Folder created

Expected results:

Folder created as sub folder to root

I don't think so. Similar and may be same root but in my case I cannot create a folded even when I have selected the imap inbox.
