User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:10.0.1) Gecko/20120208 Firefox/10.0.1 SeaMonkey/2.7.1
Build ID: 20120208224119
Steps to reproduce:
I often delete my signature unintentionally while editing mails.
Actual results:
In this case i have to start to write a new "dummy"-E-mail, copy the signature from this new mail, paste it to the original mail, close the dummy mail and confirm that it i dont want to save it.
Expected results:
I would like to propose a menu item under "insert" called "signature" that simpy inserts the signature of the currently used mail account at the current cursor position. this would make life much easier ;-)
I'm supporting this request.
I used signatures for languages, companies and different sender accounts in my former software.
Switching the signature was very easy and I had different signatures for a first mail to a receipient and a followup mail (which was very short).
Please add "Insert Signature" to the Insert menu of the Write window.
It is a missing feature.
Use case:
Sometimes I want to reply with the default signature, but most times I don't, as it's already in the quoted replies.
If the signature is turned on as the default, then I have to delete it for every reply.
If it's turned off, then I can't just Insert it.
