Details

with bug 725414 pageloader and fennecmark now live in talos.  While downloading the pageloader.xpi does not do any harm, it is no longer necessary and won't be used by newest talos.

Once all branches point to a talos.zip with pageloader/fennecmark included, all steps related to fetching and futzing with the resources may be eliminated
It got filed 3 seconds after the other one.
