Thunderbird 10.0.1
Lighting 1.2.1
Steps to reproduce:
1) Receive event inviation
2) Accept event invitation
3) Receive event cancellation
4) click to "delete" event cancellation
Error found:
Event is opened, but the window is mangled and you can't choose the options to delete the event or ignore changes. See screenshot.
Expected behavior:
For the event to be deleted without problem.
Additional notes:
I just upgraded thunderbird and lightening yesterday evening/today, and have ran into this problem twice today. It locks up my thunderbird to where I have to force quit the program and reopen it. The "delete" button on the event cancellation email will work after restarting Thunderbird.

Do you get any error messages in Tools > Error Console? If yes: please copy+paste them here.

I couldn't copy+paste the errors, so here are screenshots.
There were many errors in the console - not sure which ones apply to this bug.
Let me know if I can be of further help.
Thanks!

This just happened again - see attached screenshots.
This was with an incoming event cancellation from a recurring event.

No error or warning messages from Lightning visible in the screenshots. But I see some messages from the Conversations extension. Does the same problem exists using the Thunderbird message view instead of the Conversations view?

I just retested and could not replicate the problem using Thunderbird message view - nor - Conversations view.
I am using:
Thunderbird 12.0.1
Lightning 1.4
