727928 - going fullscreen with HTML5 video closes sidebar on return from fullscreen

With Fx11, if you have a sidebar open when you switch to fullscreen HTML5 video, the sidebar is closed when you return from fullscreen.  Not a big deal, but it seems like it would be better if you came back to the same UI configuration you had before, instead of having it changed for you.

STR:
- fx11 beta, fresh profile, zero add-ons, default theme
- go to some page showing HTML5 video, like http://double.co.nz/video_test/test5.html
- open the bookmarks or history sidebar and leave it open
- go to fullscreen with video playback controls
- exit fullscreen
- note that the sidebar is now closed

Expected:
- sidebar is still open on return from fullscreen video if it was open before it

Actual:
- sidebar is closed on return from fullscreen video
