Seems like folks have been working around this by using wpa_supplicant.conf files. Can provide logcat if needed. Nothing jumps out at me as obviously wrong. We connect to the supplicant, but then nothing else happens.

I need to test this patch on the Galaxy S2 to make sure it doesn't break anything there, but this seems to do the trick.
