Changing font size on a loaded page is broken. The font size is increased or
decreased, but text containing links is not moved to the right or left in line
with the text around it. Text ends up mashed on top of links.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load a page
2.Change font size
Actual Results: Watch the bad layout of links
Expected Results: page layout should be nice. It used to do this
If text size is changed and the page is reloaded, it lays out fine.

Links move correctly for me in text... are you dealing with a table? If so,
this is a duplicate of bug 72181
