From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win95; en-US; 0.8.1) Gecko/20010319
BuildID: 2001031915
I launch Mozilla, and it hangs in the background, but the java lawrence icon
appears on the tray menu. If I go to the Java console, garbage collect, clear
classlist, and finalize objects, then the Mozilla window opens.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open java console
2.garbage collect
3.dump classloader list
4.finalize waiting objects
Actual Results: This browsing is because I followed those steps. Until then
Mozilla was hanging in the background (no window open).
