Created attachment 598333 [details] screenshot I noticed that if you already have installed an App shortcut to android, going back into Soup Market screen and tapping the app isnt clear what's happening. It just shows "<App> updated" We should have clearer instructions why someone is tapping the app again in the Soup Market display. See screenshot Repro: 1) launch soup, and go to market view 2) pick an app, and install the shortcut option to android 3) go back, and tap the same app again 4) verify user can tap all they want, and it just tells the user "<app> updated" Expected: - i need clear rules what's going on if i'm tapping the app again. What is updated? saving the shortcut? getting a new version of the app? Tapping it and the current message is vague. Actual; - tapping an already installed app just says its updated.
Installation is not part of MWC, so this a non-blocker for MWC.
Tapping installed apps for installation now shows the "Update dialog". If this is still unclear, we are still working on a better UX for all those flows.
