steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/dev/app/linerage/ownership
2. Compare it to https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/app/linerage/ownership
expected behavior:
If there is only one author, we shouldn't show the delete option.
observed behavior:
We show the delete option in marketplace-dev but not in addons-dev. See screenshot

Krupa, I no longer see this issue. The CSS has been fixed up a lot since filing. Re-open if you can still repro.
