In the table cell containing text "International Exhibitions 2000" there are
scroll bars (both horizontal and vertical) that should not be present.
Moreover when clicking on scrollbar (horizontal or vertical) horizontal size of
the cell increases.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Browse url http://www.milparade.com/2000/37a/06_01.shtml
Look for the text "International Exhibitions 2000" in the upper left area of the
page.
See that text is surrounded by two scrollbars.
Click on either of scroll bars.
Actual Results: Text "International Exhibitions 2000" is surrounded by two
scrollbars.
Clicking on scroll bar results in increased horizontal size of the cell
containing text "International Exhibitions 2000".
Expected Results: Text "International Exhibitions 2000" is not surrounded by
two scrollbars.
Clicking on scroll bar does not change cell size.

Invalid. The scrollbars are intended. That's the only way I can interpret the
page.
The page has:
<link href="/styles/ezine.css" rel=stylesheet type=text/css>
and that file has:
h2 {
font-family : Tahoma, Verdana, Arial;
FONT-WEIGHT : bold;
COLOR : #191970;
overflow : scroll;
font-size : large;
}
The text in question is in an <h2> tag, so we put on scrollbars as requested by
the stylesheet. If the page meant "overflow: auto", it should do that instead....

True, but there is still the issue of the block resizing when you press the
scroll arrows. This behavior is NOT intended and shouldn't be happening as far
as I can tell.
Should be reopened.
