The Facebook tab doesn't use the FB api to check a logged in user's locale and always shows pt-br by default. 

To be consistent, we should use the FB api to check the user's locale and show them either pt-br or es-ar, accordingly.

Good morning!

We are now checking FB user's locale and showing the appropriate tab version. When my FB was in english the PT tab appeared; when I changed FB to any kind of spanish, the ES tab appeared and when I changed FB to any kind of portuguese the PT tab appeared. Tested that the 'Argentina' 'Brazil' toggle was working and overriding FB's user locale too if user clicked on each.

Verified default display is pt-br, and when language is set then it goes to the correct locale [ex: Spanish automatically displays es-ar].
