When opening a new tab, the left/right buttons in the tab bar are shortly shown, even when the tabs are resizing so that they fit completely in the tab bar. When the tab bar is full (i.e. no space left, but the scroll buttons sould not yet be visible) closing a tab (via the close button of the last tab) causes the scroll buttons to shortly appear. The Tabs are also resizing while the mouse does not move after closing the last tab, but stopping before the close-button of the new last tab reaches the mouse pointer. see the attached video if i could not express myself clearly :) Expected behavior: 1. tab scroll buttons should not be shown when opening a new tab and all tabs still fit inside the tab bar 2. tab scroll buttons should not be shown when closing the last tab and all tabs fit inside the tab bar 3. when closing the last tab, tabs should do a full resize or no resize at att (the latter happens when closing any other tab) all issues only occur when opening a tab via strg-t or strg-click a link in the last tab (i.e. the new tab must be the new last tab) or when closing the last tab.
