Actual results: The cursor didn't move. Expected results: The cursor should move.

Is this on a software keyboard or hardware keyboard? If software this may be a dupe of bug 706336.
This is on a physical keyboard. The phone is a Motorola Droid 4. Sorry for not mentioning the phone.
