"Tree Style Tab" disables IGC.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefoc with clean profile
2. about:support --- Incremental GC : 1
3. Install "Tree Style Tab" https://addons.mozilla.org/ja/firefox/addon/tree-style-tab/
4. Restart
5. about:support

Actual Results:
  Incremental GC : 0

Expected Results:
  Incremental GC : 1
Depends on: 728686
The dev version of AdBlock Plus also disables IGC. It doesn't disable from start-up, but IGC becomes disabled after a few page loads etc (~ 5mins worth of browsing) with ABP installed.
I just tested the STR in comment 0, and it's fixed by the patch for bug 728686.
