Actual results: Xulrunner zip folder for Windows is missing in the released GECKO SDK 11.0b3. Expected results: Xulrunner 11.0b3 should support Windows for GECKO SDK 11.0b3.

According to the build notes build1 was pushed instead of build2. I pushed build2 to the same directory since we don't use external mirrors for xulrunner.
