See attached URL. In nightlies, pressing the Location menu link causes the first load animation to appear, and then the intro page is reopened. In Chrome, neither behaviour occurs and the Location page appears correctly.

We're in the process of removing support for plugins (bug 1677160), so I think this bug is irrelevant now.
