hr and hy-AM are new beta locales in the next cycle.

Please set up the appropriate pages & bugs so that they appear as beta locales on their landing page, and they have the following pages read to translate:

- main.lang
- landing page
- features page
- start page

Probably not worth doing the what's new page for TB 10 as they'll need to do a new/updated page for TB 11 anyway (though I'll leave it up to sancus to decide).
This should be done now. Marking them as beta locales will be handled as part of the bug to make marking as part of bug 727415.
