mouse over for "set up sync" and "pair a device" should not create a status indicator of "javascript:void(0);"

When I mouse over the "Set up Sync" and "Pair a Device" I get "javascript:void(0);" in my status indicator. I have no idea what that means but it sounds scary and will no doubt be confusing to users. Can we please get rid of that, even if we have to special case JS links from chrome pages?

That setting page is long gone and we now redirect to accounts.firefox.com most of the time, closing this.
