Hey team I'm having trouble accessing VPN for the backend of Firefox Affiliates. I've been able to access it since last December. It would appear that my LDAP isn't working (even though it is working for wifi, e-mail etc) This is where I access it from: https://vpn.mozilla.com/dana-na/auth/url_default/welcome.cgi I've already been in touch with desktop and we couldn't figure out what was going wrong. Please advise as I need to get into the backend so I can work. Let me know if you have more questions. Thanks! Chelsea
Passing to netops. It could be that the vpn device is using an LDAP bind password that was changed on Friday.

I can't login either. My password was renewed a week ago.

I've updated the LDAP bind password, could you verify you can get in now?
