1. go to web API demo
2. scroll down to stop watch
3. click on the stop watch

Expected: repainting occurs as it ticks down
Actual: sometimes repaint occurs, most of the time it doesn't.

Note:
On ICS/Maple, the orientation web api also does not paint correctly.
