We have switched basket to use ExactTarget instead of Responsys.
Please update basket.mozilla.com from master. This is a blocker for the Mobile World Congress tomorrow unfortunately, so can it be done near end of day today?
We're still fixing a few bugs so sometime around 4PM PST would be great.

We need to make sure to copy the EXACTTARGET_* settings from dev (and double-check they are correct).
