steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submit/app/ 2. Upload an app with lengthy summary 3. Notice the description page: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submit/app/details/marble-run-21 expected behavior: To account for the discrepancy between what we allow in the site vs. manifest, we trim the summary to 250 chs but copy over the entire thing into description. actual behavior: This is not happening in marketplace-dev.
