Details 
We bounce to paypal and ask paypal for some information. We then populate a page with some data from paypal. It doesn't look great:

Although really its just a few fields moved around.

Any help appreciated.

The easiest way to get to this is make a premium app, go to manage paypal > setup permissions and then see the result. Let me know if you need help getting to that page.

We should really build a proper contact form module with proper country/state support, etc. This takes some of the stink off the form in the meantime.
