In bug 711174 we stopped putting Firefox/3.5* snippet directories into the nightly snippet backup, so any time we blow away the snippet store in PHX1 (for inconsistency with SJC1) we don't have 3.5 snippets in PHX any more. A problem if you want to make PHX1 serve aus3.m.o.

I've made a back of 3.1* and 3.5* dirs (20120223-FX35-FINAL-BACKUP.tar.bz2) so we can skip tarring up 3.1* each night, and unpack the new backup in PHX when doing the consistency check.

Deployed to aus2-staging and dp-ausstage01, and unpacked 20120223-FX35-FINAL-BACKUP.tar.bz2 in PHX1. Rerunning the tests from bug 683446 before resolving.

Tests were clean, in particular 3.5.16 served the same from sjc1 and phx1.
