When we load an external link, we flash "about:blank" briefly before displaying the page title in the URL bar. 

Can we hide it?
dupe of bug 725660 which should be in the latest nightly. Duping for now. If this regressed, please re-open this bug.

Wait, Ian, do you still see this in Nightly?
