In bug 653137, Boris explained what was the problem, and also noted that quite a few people using smaller screen laptops are having problems with this. I have patched the bug, and Ashish pushed to stage for me. I've QAed it, and it works as intended. Fix contains only CSS changes, so no infrasec review needed. Thanks in advance.

Completed deployment. For the record this is a simple 'svn up' on mradm02:/data/generic/www/wiki.mozilla.org/skins-mozilla, and wait for propagation.
