On the tooltip that shows when you hover over the line chart for "Questions solved" and "Questions responded to within 72 hours" please add in parenthesis after "solved: 20%" and "responded: 50%" the actual number of threads solved and replied to with the total number of threads. Example solved : 25% (50/200) replied to: 80% (240/300)
The rationale behind this is that it would help us to understand when either metric falls or raises if that was related to drastic changes in the absolute numbers.
Might be tricky to do when we are aggregating weekly and monthly.
