Your name will be displayed publicly with your video.

I’m okay with Mozilla handling this info as you explain in your privacy policy.

Before the "save" button

Some of the mechanics:

Checkboxes must be unchecked.
Failing to check the privacy policy acknowledgement, must create a fail. (i.e. * as a required field) 
The words "privacy policy" should hyperlink to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy-policy.html. 

Once complete, we will need to merge in these strings for l10n.

Okay, so Legal has said we can do the following so that we can get to launch easier. 

How about in the short term adding privacy policy (linked to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy-policy.html) in the sentence "I agree to the Contest Rules..." and then fixing it as soon after launch as possible? I know that's a challenge for l10n, but it's important.

Jen, what would you prefer to do?
