Hello, we would like the bugs to be filled having their status as ASSIGNED by default. Thanks!
ASSIGNED generally means someone is actively working on the issue; it doesn't make much sense for new bugs to be created in this state. can you please clarify why you want this change?
defaulting to ASSIGNED isn't an easy change, and doesn't mesh well with how bugzilla is designed to be used.
