Strangely enough, this issue only reproduces on a Win 7 Chrome. Does not reproduce on Mac OS X Chrome.

Double-checked just to be sure - Definitely getting a consistent reproduction on Windows 7 for this bug with Chrome.

Figured out the underlying issue with my machine - I'm running Chrome Beta. Didn't see it on the production build of Chrome. Maybe this is a bug in Chrome Beta?

I just tried in 18.0.1025.39 beta-m and it worked fine. (Even if it was in Beta I'd like to fix it, but that doesn't seem to be the case either)

Marking invalid, until we can figure out the reason.
