not repro on:
Outlook Express 5, Messenger 4.7x

<repro steps>
-open mail
-place focus in subject line or the address field
-type some text
-try to move the cursor using the arrow keys, Home or End keys

<result>
Cursor does not respond

This is also the case in the browser for location bar, forms, so wonder if
there's a master app-wide bug...

just rebuilt linux w/the fix: arrows/home/end etc keys work again.
