This is a tracking bug for updating the Firefox page on Facebook to use the new timeline format that was announced today. The timeline view allows a cover photo, new profile photo dimensions, milestones and updated custom tabs. All bugs associated with the new timeline format will be linked to this bug. Please share ideas and feedback to help us make our new page format the best it can be. Timing: We can preview the new format and switch to it when we're ready. There is also a deadline to have our new format ready by March 30th, which is when Facebook will transition all Pages to this new format. Already shared, but thought I'd make it official. :) 1. William thinks that a photo makes the cover image much more personal. +1 from me! 2. OR - we could create a cover photo that INCLUDES the profile image. Ie: It looks like the profile image is an extension of the bigger cover image. Example: http://maheinfo.blogspot.com/2011/12/amazing-facebook-timeline-covers.html - Firefox costume here? :) Timeline - things to add to our timeline to show the history of Firefox https://etherpad.mozilla.org/FirefoxTimeline - I would think that community fan pages may want to add some of these as well (Though the copy is still in rough draft form.)
