* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0) Launch Apprunner
1) View "Page Source" from the View menu.

* RESULT
 - What happened

The "Close" and "Quit" menu items under the file menu change to "closeCmd.label"
& "quitCmd.label".

 - What was expected

<omitted due to self-evidency.>

* REGRESSION

 - Occurs On
        Mac OS Apprunner (1999/05.25.16 build)

 - Doesn't Occur On
        Win32 Apprunner (1999/05.25.17 build)

<Can't check Linux; system is totally hosed beyond my ability to recover.>


* CONFIGURATIONS TESTED

- [Mac] Power Mac 8500/120 (233 Mhz 604e), 64 MB RAM (VM on; 1 MB of VM used),
1024x768 (Thousands of Colors), Mac OS 8.6

- [Win32] Vectra VL (233 Mhz P2), 96 MB RAM, 800x600 (True Color), NT 4.0 SP3.

I have no idea why this is happening and it sounds like a non menu specific bug.

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst
don and I set correct component.  Apprunner component will be deleted/retired
shortly.

This is weird... I don't think it is a menu problem per se, but it looks like a
XUL problem in whatever XUL file gets loaded for the View Source window. Any idea
which XUL file that is?

Bug in the XUL. Fixed it.

Verified fixed in 1999081108 build on Mac OS. (Also double-checked to confirm
that it's not an issue inn today's Windows and Linux builds.)
