Yes, the threshold is indeed not high enough. We even report to few leaks at the moment. Both issues will be fixed by bug 730773.

Comment 19 was a typo - he accidentally hit the "happened again" key because it's right next to the "caught a genuine regression the cause of which I have since backed out" key :)
