We're concerned about the amount of feedback on input about Firefox 11 being slow.

To try to get more feedback, we'd like to add the following text (temporarily, while this investigation is ongoing) under the feedback box in the "sad" page:

Please be as specific as you can in the allotted space. For example, if you are giving feedback about slowness, please tell us about relevant websites, if you notice it at the beginning or later in the browsing session and if there are any actions that you perform in Firefox that are particularly problematic.

QA verified on dev and stage - seems to be a pretty low risk bit. Let's get this out to the users :)

Visually verified on OSX and Win7 with:
- Firefox 9,10,11
- Safari, Chrome, IE - latest RCs
